Texas Wesleyan University reaffirmed its commitment to its historic location by building the Eunice and James L. West Library in 1988. The institution was renamed in 1989, launched a flexible program for adult learners in 1994, and established a downtown Fort Worth campus in 1997. The School of Law was sold to Texas A&M in 2013.
