Step 1: Application Website Entrance
Access Westcliff University’s online application link and select "Register a new account."
Step 3: Fill in Personal Information
Once you have successfully registered your account, please proceed to fill in your personal information accurately as instructed.
This includes providing your personal details and current residential address information. If your Mailing Address differs from your Current Address, you will need to provide an additional Mailing Address.
Step 4: Nationality Information
In this step, you need to provide your personal nationality information.

If your current I-20 has expired or if you have not yet entered the country, please select "Yes" for the I-20 question.

For students transferring their I-20, please select "No".
Step 5: Demographic Information
This section requires you to fill in information such as gender, race, language, and more.
The final question asks whether you are a first-generation college student in your family. Please provide the appropriate response based on your actual situation.
Step 6: Relevant Information for Major Application
Choose the appropriate enrollment term, program, and elective direction.

Currently, the MBA program is available at the Irvine and Miami campuses.

The DBA program is available at the Irvine and Miami campuses

Other majors are only offered at the Irvine campus.
Please note the "Online" option is not available for international students due to F1 status maintenance requirements.
Step 7: Educational Background Information
In this section, you’ll need to provide the following information:

High School Information: Enter your high school's name, address, date of completion, and GPA (an approximate estimation is sufficient). You do not need to upload the high school transcript.

Undergraduate Education: Include details of your university and upload the official WES-verified transcript. If you do not have a WES-verified transcript, you can upload the official transcript and the university will provide internal verification services.

Graduate Education (if applicable): You can choose to provide information about your graduate degree.

Language Proficiency: Select the appropriate language proficiency test and upload your scores. Westcliff University offers an internal language assessment (CPE), you can request to take the CPE exam if needed.

Waiving Language Proficiency: If you hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a US institution, you can waive the language proficiency requirement by uploading the official transcript for the respective degree.

Employer Sponsorship: Indicate whether your tuition is sponsored by an employer. Please provide the relevant information based on your actual situation.
Step 8: Referral Information
Step 9: Signature Confirmation, File Upload
Review the filled information, once confirmed, sign and click "Continue".
On the file upload page, you will need to upload your passport, visa, proof of financial resources, and the I-20 Request Form
Step 10: Information Disclosure Consent Form (Mandatory)
This page is the Information Disclosure Consent Form.

As your authorized student representative, we assist you in informing the school to enhance your application process and ensure your eligibility for the GoElite Scholarship.
Step 11: Submit the Application
After submission, it will ask you to pay a $50 application fee. If you filled in the referral code as indicated in STEP 8, you don’t have to worry about the application fee at all. (Highly Recommended)

*Note: Kindly upload all the necessary documents through the online application and ensure they are in color. Also, any translated document should be a copy of a certified translation by a qualified professional.

*All applicants must complete a virtual admissions meeting with their designated advisor.

Official Transcripts
*Graduate Program must have an accredited bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2.5 cumulative GPA.

*Note: If you cannot provide the scores of the above English exams, kindly provide a letter confirming that the qualifying degree program was conducted in English. Additionally, you may be exempted from fulfilling the English proficiency requirement if you hold a U.S. degree from an accredited institution consisting of 30 semester credits or more.

*Kindly include the first page and second page. In addition, include dependent I-20 (F-2)if applicable.

Passport & Visa Scans
*Passport must be in color and valid for at least 6 months after submitting the application.

FERPA signature
* At Westcliff University, we uphold all personal privacy laws, including the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974. We have identified specific details in students' education records as directory information under FERPA. To designate authorized individuals, students may list them in the FERPA section of the online application.

Application Fee of $50

Bank Statement
* Note: To demonstrate your financial eligibility, you must provide an accurate liquid bank statement showing a minimum balance of $35,000. In addition, it depends on your principal and your financial statement eligibility will be changed with the situation.
